Howdy! After kicking off my career at a marketing firm, I quickly realized I craved something more meaningful — work that truly made a difference. That led me to a leadership development company in Dallas, where I had the incredible opportunity to work with executive leaders around the world, helping them build more conscious and impactful businesses.
From there, I spent over five years at Andrews Distributing, creating programs and structures to engage and retain a team of 1,800+ rockstar employees.
Fast forward to today: I’m thrilled to bring everything I’ve learned over the past 7+ years to support our amazing team, combining my love for people, strategy, and leadership. Let’s go!
